活動行為準則 Code of Conduct

1.尊重隱私與版權
請尊重所有玩家、DM、工作人員與創作者的隱私與著作權。未經同意，不拍攝、錄音、公開他人個人資訊、角色資料或活動內容。活動中使用的劇本、圖片、規則資料與其他素材，請遵守其授權與使用規範。 2. 友善包容 歡迎不同年齡、性別、背景、經驗程度與遊戲風格的玩家參與。請尊重每位參與者的身份、界線與表達方式，避免歧視、嘲諷或排斥他人。 3. 保持禮貌 請以禮貌、耐心、清楚的方式溝通。可以討論規則、劇情與戰術，但請避免打斷他人、過度指揮其他玩家，或用讓人不舒服的語氣發言。 4. 禁止攻訐 禁止騷擾、威脅、霸凌、人身攻擊、惡意嘲弄或任何使他人感到不安全的行為。若發生衝突，請先暫停爭執，並尋求 DM 或活動工作人員協助處理。 5. 遵守規則 請遵守活動規則、場地規範、Adventurers League 規範，以及 DM 在遊戲中的裁決。若對規則有疑問，可以禮貌提出；但請尊重 DM 對當場情境的最終判定。 6. 快樂遊戲 本活動的目標是讓大家一起享受冒險。請與同桌玩家合作，尊重彼此的遊戲體驗，協助新手融入，並讓每個人都有參與故事的機會。 7. 違反 Code of Conduct 通報 本 Code of Conduct 適用於活動中的所有人，包括玩家、Dungeon Master、主辦單位、工作人員、志工、來賓與參加者。 如果你遇到或目擊任何可能違反 Code of Conduct 的情況，請向活動主辦人、Dungeon Master，或指定的活動工作人員通報。負責受理通報的工作人員將配戴活動工作人員名牌，也可以在活動服務台找到。通報方式與聯絡資訊將會張貼於活動現場。 8. 騷擾、保密與匿名通報 在本活動中，騷擾包括但不限於：針對年齡、性別、性別認同或性別表現、性傾向、身心障礙、外貌、體型、種族、族裔、國籍、宗教、語言或遊戲經驗所做出的冒犯性言論或行為；蓄意威嚇；跟蹤；未經同意的拍照或錄影；不適當的肢體接觸；不受歡迎的性關注；以及在被要求停止後仍持續干擾活動或遊戲進行的行為。 涉及 Code of Conduct 違規的通報內容將會保密。相關資訊只會分享給需要審閱通報、做出處理決定，或採取適當行動的工作人員。我們不會將通報者的身分告知其他參加者，除非基於安全法律原因，或已取得通報者本人同意。 匿名通報可透過QR CODE提交。該表單將允許通報者不填寫姓名、電子郵件地址，以及其他可識別個人身分的資訊。匿名通報仍會被審閱，但如果未提供聯絡資訊，我們後續追蹤與回覆的能力可能會受到限制。 如遇緊急情況，請致電 0921525056 9. 對應處置 對應處置包括：口頭提醒、警告、請當事人離開該桌遊戲、請當事人離開活動且不予退費、限制參加未來活動，或在必要時通報場地管理人員或相關主管機關。 視行為嚴重程度而定，工作人員可在未事先警告的情況下立即採取行動，涉及騷擾、威脅、暴力，或涉及嚴重安全疑慮的行為，可能會導致立即請離活動。 |
1. Respect Privacy and Copyright
Please respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of all players, Dungeon Masters, staff, and creators. Do not photograph, record, share personal information, character materials, or event content without permission. All adventures, artwork, rules materials, and other resources used during the event should be handled according to their applicable licenses and usage guidelines. 2. Be Inclusive and Respectful We welcome players of all ages, identities, backgrounds, experience levels, and play styles. Please respect each participant’s identity, boundaries, and way of expression. Discrimination, mockery, exclusion, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 3. Maintain Politeness Please communicate with courtesy, patience, and clarity. Rules, story choices, and tactics may be discussed, but participants should avoid interrupting others, taking control of another player’s character, or speaking in a way that makes others uncomfortable. 4. No Harassment or Personal Attacks Harassment, threats, bullying, personal attacks, malicious mockery, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe is prohibited. If a conflict occurs, participants should pause the discussion and seek assistance from the DM or event staff. 5. Follow the Rules Please follow the event rules, venue policies, Adventurers League guidelines, and the DM’s rulings during play. Rules questions may be raised respectfully, but the DM’s decision for the current table situation should be respected. 6. Play for Fun The goal of this event is for everyone to enjoy the adventure together. Please cooperate with your table, respect each other’s play experience, help new players feel welcome, and give everyone a chance to participate in the story. 7. Reporting Code of Conduct Concerns This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at the event, including players, Dungeon Masters, organizers, staff, volunteers, guests, and attendees. If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct concern, please report it to the event organizer, a Dungeon Master, or designated event staff. Report-taking staff can be identified by event staff name badges and can also be found at the event information desk. Reporting instructions and contact information will be posted at the event venue. 8. Harassment, Confidentiality, and Anonymous Reports For this event, harassment includes but is not limited to offensive comments or actions related to age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, language, or gaming experience; deliberate intimidation; stalking; unwanted photography or recording; inappropriate physical contact; unwelcome sexual attention; and repeated disruptive behavior after being asked to stop. Reports involving a Code of Conduct violation will be kept confidential. Information will only be shared with staff members who need it in order to review the report, make decisions, or take appropriate action. We will not share the reporter’s identity with other participants unless required for safety, legal reasons, or with the reporter’s consent. Anonymous reports can be submitted using the QR code above. The form will allow reporters to omit their name, email address, and other identifying information. Anonymous reports will be reviewed, although our ability to follow up may be limited if no contact information is provided. In case of an emergency, please call or text the mobile number 0921525056 immediately. 9. Possible Consequences Possible consequences may include a verbal reminder, a warning, removal from a table, removal from the event without refund, restriction from future events, or reporting to venue staff or appropriate authorities when necessary. Depending on the severity of the behavior, staff may take immediate action without prior warning. Minor issues may receive one warning before further action is taken, but harassment, threats, violence, or serious safety concerns may result in immediate removal. |
